9 & 10 Months Old

We will never tire of "scrunchy face."
And yes, that is Reo's tail in his hand
So we are a little slow at posting the month pictures over these past two months. But here is month 9 and 10. It is so crazy to think of how pregnant I was at this time last year, and next month in July, it is the big 1-year mark for Sam.  People have been asking if we are going to have a big-bash-birthday party. We will probably keep it low key for now with just a few close friends to celebrate. To Sam, it's just another day of jumping on the cat, seriously, he does this multiple times every day. But there will be cake, hats and singing, and probably multiple babies all sharing his baby pool in the yard.

He looks like such a big kid in the picture to me.
Working on my yoga poses

Quinn is snapping this picture and Sam always thinks he's hilarious, no matter what Quinn's doing or what crazy noises are coming out of Daddy's mouth, Sam loves.
This picture puts it all into perspective.
Big daddy, little baby. We have discovered how
wonderful a baby friendly neighborhood pool can be.
It doesn't hurt when there are awesome water
slides for Mommies and Daddies too
Loving (laying on top of) on the Reo.
She is thrilled, you can see it in her eyes.

Back to what was happening this time last year. We had already had several days in 100's weather wise, and there's not a describing word for how hot I felt those last two months. The only place I wanted to be was barefoot in Anna and Eric's wine cellar, which is where I spent a lot of my time cooling off last June when Phoenix and Griffin were born. Speaking of, the twins turn 1 this week, June 15th! Happy, happy birthday to Phoenix and Griffin. So many babies, what a crazy-fun and wonderful year it has been so far.
