Big News!

We are super excited to announce baby #3 is on his or her way!! The expected due date is September 25th, but we'll see. Isla's birthday is September 19th, and she tells people she is getting a baby for her birthday. As we did with Sam and Isla, this is also a surprise baby and we are not finding out the gender. The kids are having a fun time speculating on if this baby is a baby brother or sister. What gender they hope it is changes daily. They are taking full advantage of my pregnancy food cravings and will say things like, "Mom, I think the baby wants ice cream." Or, "Mom, I think the baby wants to go to the pool." They are all already very in-tune with each other :)

So far so good with this pregnancy. We have the loooooooong Texas Summer to get through. But what's new as Sam was a July baby. I have certainly not taken as many baby/belly pics as in the past, but will work harder on this. But here are a few of what I do have. We couldn't be more excited to be adding to our family and transitioning from a family of 4 to a family of 5. Both kids are at a good age to be little helpers and nobody is currently in diapers, so it's a win!

22 weeks belly. And rocking the PJ pants. I'm always looking

for comfort and a stretchy waist band. Matching is obviously not one of my priorities.

Week 23 and the last day of kindergarten for Sam. It was PJ day...FYI.

Baby hugs. They love to feel the baby move in my belly. Sam pretends he is getting

ninja kicks and flies across the room when he feels a baby kick. Pretty funny.
