Colored eggs and BBQ-Easter 2013

Egg hunt in the back yard. It took him about 2 eggs to figure out this was a fun game!
We had the good fortune to celebrate the Easter weekend with Uncle Tima, Aunt Pat and their good friends Bill and Joan. Uncle Tima and Aunt Pat retired this past January are are now taking a very well deserved 6 month trip in their RV just taking their time traveling and exploring and visiting family and friends. We have always talked about them coming to Texas for a visit and to eat some good BBQ, but with busy schedules, it hadn't happened until now. It was so nice to have family in town to celebrate the Easter holiday with and finally have time to visit and catch up. Sam loved spending time with his great Aunt and Uncle and their friends, and certainly didn't lack for attention.
Mama and Sam. Baby boy is getting so big!

I love the look of awww on his face.
This picture just sums up good times with family. Gotta have the fun uncle in the Hawaiian shirt!

Sam adored Aunt Pat, they had so much fun playing together and goofing around.
Awaiting our dinner of BBQ at the Salt Lick
