First of many Old Settler's Music Festivals

Quinn manning the grill and making some burgers.
Quinn had shoulder surgery 5 weeks ago, but is recovering fast and
doesn't really let it slow him down.  He was able to hook up the camper, set
up the camper,  and unload everything at the camp site one handed. Imagine that....

Mid-day cookie break.
We always look forward to April and the annual Old Settler's bluegrass festival. This year was especially great in that it was Samuel's first music festival. This was our fourth year of attending and were especially excited to bring Sam as it is such a family friendly place and festival. We usual just pitch a tent, but this year, we decided to bring a pop-up camper. It was so much more convenient, particularly with a baby, and we had lots of room to spread out. Sam had a great time, and as usual, made lots of friends, young and old. We were able to spend time with one of Quinn's old diving buddies who attends the festival each year as well. The weather was amazing, the music fantastic and we can't wait until next year.

Sam loved getting to eat outside. He had to check out every person,
bus, or car that drove by. Needless to say, feeding time doubled.
I'm not sure this really needs a caption. Just his expression is priceless.
Daddy got Sam his first harmonica. He wasn't so
great at playing it, but was a pro at chewing on it.
Quinn found some friends to play with.  He usually brings his
upright bass, but not this year after his shoulder surgery.
Despite the crowds, noise and music, little buddy didn't miss much beauty sleep
Quinn brought an entire pack of glow sticks and Sam was THRI-LLED!!

So this picture is unrelated, but cracks me up every time I see it.
Toy box vs. race car....you decided
