Babies United

Last week we had a mini-family reunion here in Austin. Anna, Eric, Phoenix and Griffin came in from California, Verna came in from Virginia and Papa drove down from Kansas. Since traveling can be challenging with babies, let alone three of them, we decided to have a sort of "stay-cation." We were able to have the conveniences of home, as our house was a few miles away from the lake house we rented, and it was easy to bring needed items to and from. We had a great week relaxing, visiting, cooking, swimming, playing with babies and enjoying some Texas BBQ. Phoenix and Griffin are walking and are in that super fun toddler stage. Sam wasn't yet walking, but doing his best to keep up with them by crawling. However, he did start really walking the very day they everyone flew home. Guess it finally clicked just watching the twins toddling around. While everyone was here, we had some family pictures taken, specifically of the kids. Here are a few of the pictures and more general photos of the visit to come soon!

You can't see Anna's face very well, but this was such a sweet picture of her and Griffin playing.
Seriously, can this picture get any more precious. Phoenix is
quite the Daddy's girl and it was so neat to see them interacting and playing together.
So Auntie Verna didn't want to be in any photos, but one got sneaked in anyways.
Just doing his own thing
Holub Family

He looks so much older than 1 year old in this photo to me.
It's like he's practically ready to go to college.
AIRPLANE...a favorite Daddy and Sam game. This is a view from the deck over looking lake Travis.

We laughed because we though Griffin could be a little GAP baby  here.
Sweet Phi. She is really one of the prettiest little girls I have ever known.
Chaos, this is how it is with three, 1 year olds, and such good memories.
And they all played and got along so well!
Just relaxing on the couch .
